Expiry tracker for perishables
Ever had a stash of snacks that you want to save for a nice time when it feels right, only to realise that it's already expired?
I had that same problem too, a few times too many! So I saw to it that it never happens again.
Shelf Life tracks your perishables in "Storage Areas" of your own customization. There is also an urgent view to see when items are expirying. Reminders are also sent at two user-defined thresholds before expiry.
Take photos of the items (don't worry they are well optimised and take up just a few KB of storage space!), and even add descriptions for your own notes.
Share your lists with your family members or housemates too!
This project was also a challenge to myself to experiment with CloudKit sharing. And also to experiment with storage image data in an optimised way.
